JV Deal Submission Guidelines

To help us sell your deal quickly and efficiently, please fill out the submission form below. Before you proceed, keep the following in mind 🙂

• Property Under Contract: You must have the property under contract directly with the seller. Attach a redacted copy of the executed contract between you and the seller..
• Property Access: Ensure we have clear access to the property. If a lockbox is in use, please provide the lockbox code.
• Photos: Upload at least 15 photos to a photo-sharing site such as Google Drive or Dropbox, and share the link.
• Comparable Sales: Submit the 3 highest comparable sales (within 1 mile, within 10% of the square footage, and sold within the last 6 months).
• Direct Contract Only: We do not accept daisy chain deals. Please only submit if you are directly contracted with the seller.
• Marketing & Closing Timeline: We typically need 2-3 days to market the property, find a buyer, and close.
• Review Time: Allow our team 24 hours to review your submission and respond.
